Confirmation

The sacrament of Confirmation is administered by the Bishop of the diocese in the spring of the year. Preparation for the sacrament is a parish-wide process, with the students and parents/sponsors participating in the program in the context of the parish family. The usual age for Confirmation is fourteen (eighth grade). Anyone who has not been confirmed and who is beyond eighth grade will seek preparation through a specific program outlined for him/her.
