Nursery Ministry

Goals and Objectives

To provide a safe and nurturing environment for children walking through three years of age, while families are attending Sunday morning 9:30 a.m. Mass.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a nursery coordinator to run the nursery (make the schedule, coordinate volunteers and oversee organizational details needed for nursery).

We also need volunteers for the weekly 9:30 Mass. Volunteers can be youth over 12 needing service hours or adults, but they need to go through the Safe Environment training, fingerprinting and CANTS check(adults only)

Ministry Events

We have an Open House in the fall to allow people to find out about the nursery.

Time Commitment

For the coordinator – probably 10 hours a month.

For the weekly volunteers – 1 1/2 hours on Sunday during the 9:30 Mass. Be there for set up at 9:15 and clean up finished by 10:45.
