St. Thomas PPSA Fall 2017 Soccer Sign Up

Please fill out this registration form to confirm your child's participation in the fall 2017 PPSA soccer league. By checking yes, you are committing that your child will play and show up on time for practices and games. Season starts up the first week of school and runs through September. Every team has approximately 8 games. 3-8 grades have a tournament at the end of the year. You must pay the soccer fees ($50 with shirt, $45 w/out shirt) on this website for your registration to be complete.
